I am a student majoring in Business Analytics at Desautels Faculty of Management and minoring in Statistics at the Department of Mathmetics and Statistics. My educational journey has been a deliberate and determined progression toward mastering the field of data science. By transferring 25 AP credits, I was able to bypass my freshman year and dive straight into advanced coursework.
My studies have covered a wide range of topics, including ETL Workflow, Machine Learning, Optimization, Data Structure, Algorithms, Statistical Modeling, and etc.
Along the way, I've had the opportunity to serve as a teaching assistant for a management statistics course and work as a research assistant under Professor Kyunghee Lee.
Throughout my academic journey, I have consistently embraced challenges as opportunities for growth. Whether it was tackling complex coursework or engaging in research that pushed the boundaries of my understanding, I’ve always had the courage to challenge myself.
Being constantly exposed to cutting-edge knowledge in the data science industry has only fueled my desire to learn more. I am always ready to absorb new concepts and apply them in practical ways, ensuring that I stay ahead in this rapidly evolving field.
My dedication to learning has been recognized with a place on the Dean's Honour List at McGill, where I was ranked among the top 10% of students, as well as the Accenture Prize in Management.
Each step has strengthened my expertise in data science, and I remain committed to building on this foundation with focused determination.
